Hello Dear Admins, As seen in POV ID 64060 and ID 125696 killed me while i was outside of the parameter ( Time stamp 00.27).
Also ID 112375 was not wearing gang clothes which is Ghetto rule 1.7(Time Stamp 1.03)
And ID 62376 killed me while he was outside of the parameter ( Time Stamp 2.11)
And i guess that makes it Mass rule break for Ballas

Time of violation is not the same as the one in the POV + Wrong rule break in title + Provide a longer POV of this situation before you died
