Subject: Appeal for Unban – Explanation and Clarification
Dear Respected Admins,
I was banned on 23rd January 2024, with the stated reason being “Admin Panel Leak.” I would like to explain what actually happened on that day. I’m also fully prepared to provide proof if necessary.
On that day, I was performing my regular admin duties. My friend and I were in the city using admin mode — partly for fun, partly for work. While we were at the admin tower, where all the admins were present, my friend Mickey (also an admin at the time) made some inappropriate and abusive remarks to Jahad Pluxury in a different language. Jahad Pluxury felt offended and reported the incident to Lebron Sir.
While this situation was unfolding, a ticket came through, so I stepped away briefly to handle it and then returned. During that entire time, my POV recording was active, and it inadvertently captured the conversation between Mickey and Jahad. (Please note: I was unaware at the time that this was recorded. I saved the POV after returning, but the relevant conversation had already been captured by then.)
Later that night, Lebron Sir asked if anyone had any proof regarding the incident between Mickey and Jahad. Most of the admins said they did not. Mickey then asked me to check my POV to see if anything had been recorded. Since I had saved it right after handling the ticket, I reviewed it that night.
It took a while because I had several POV files that were mixed up. I had to manually go through each one to find the relevant footage. Once I found it, I uploaded it that night and went to sleep. The next morning, I shared the POV with three people only — Jahad, Mickey, and Lebron Sir.
However, by that time, Mickey had already been removed from the admin team and was demoted to a regular citizen. I only found out about this later that evening. Unfortunately, before I could clarify the situation, I was accused of leaking the admin panel — even though I had only shared the POV with the directly involved parties.
It has now been over a year since the ban. I have not submitted any unban appeal until now and have fully respected the ban during this time. I genuinely believe I deserve at least one opportunity to return. My record in the city has always reflected responsible behavior and adherence to the rules — which you are welcome to verify.
I sincerely request another chance. I am ready to provide any proof or further clarification needed to support my appeal.
