2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
===MAJOR POINTS===
2.1 So basically I choose SAHP cause I'm emotionally and mentally connected with this organisation from the very beginning of my RP Life I was unaware of the fact that we have Leo Organisations and we can protect the city. Later one of my friend told me to join him in SAHP. After that I joined the SAHP and got to know about so many things that we can protect the people of San Andreas and can do something for the state
2.2 And also at first it is about protecting the city with honour. I think SAHP is the best for me i always wanted to work for the San Andreas specially the village area cause I think so this area is affected more with criminal activities. And there is only SAHP for the town to enforce the law. I believe that I can pull it off and enforce law again in San Andreas
2.3 I was a normal lower command in the SAHP during start of my Leo career but later on I learnt everything and proved my self as a good High command. I learnt everything from my seniors and Ex Sheriff Alaric and other guys to respect the SAHP and how important is SAHP for us . Now I think I'm fully capable to take it and run it being a leader
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
====MAJOR POINTS====
3.1. Bonus System: I'll introduce a good bonus System so that people would be encouraged to join the SAHP and work for civil life and Fight against the crime.
3.2. Command Usage: During my tenure i will make sure that officers will use proper RP commands and don't make any Situation unrealistic. We will try to make it more and more realistic like in real
3.3. Using Commands: There will be a proper usage of RP Commands. I will make it sure that each of my officers will make it more realistic
