if you have bounty from citizens you have to patch me and say that you have a bounty on me otherwise how the admin or the player will know, but when you killed me you kicked me and left without saying anything it's neither ahmed fault or the other player fault it's your fault ahmed was watching the situation and he did see that you killed me then kick me and left without patching or saying any RP bounty is not killing people and leave and/or a reason for free RDM without patching its RP.
