Rejected cr and killing after i left for his demands

as u can see in the video i have attached as proof i was waiting at the treasure thing and watching something else in background this guy comes rams me into the water then when we both come up he gives me demands and i say him leaving and left that are but he still kills me
so i think cr and the other rule i exactly dont know what would go for this circumstance
