I have so much experience in EMS but be honest in city 2 rank is Deputy Chief of HR(28). I also have experience in city 3 rank is Doctor and now I am ready for leader of EMS. In my priviosly work experience very good and sometimes very hard I face so many situation i don't give up I am always trying and complete my work in any cost. My communication skill is good
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 Yes but my first priority is management when i am in EMS then i see there is something wrong about management like Paperwork department etc...
2 FTO I will apoint more employee for every time 1 - 3 fto available for giving training
3 Ground Service(GS) I will apoint employee separated make better because also GS important every time
4 I will make a events every week and make promotion ceremony for our employee work but also do some party 1 time in promotion ceremony time.
5 I will take a weekly meeting with another orgs.
