I went to collect money print machine. There were many players in the area, so I told my friend not to fight — I was just standing there and not engaging with anyone. As you can see in my POV, I was clearly not being aggressive or threatening anyone. Despite that, player ID 84836 started shooting and killed me without giving any demands, which is a violation of Rule 6.15 that requires proper RP before shooting outside the ghetto.

so its not GR 6.15
