Hello there,
In this situation, first of all my game crashed if you see carefully, my character did freeze right before I crashed...I would not really CL if I didn't die, but it's fair to get a punishment for CL due to this.
However, when I was spending jail time(180 mins) and 30-40 mins were already spent, Ruby Spectre posted another warning on me and the timer got reset to 180 mins once again. I don't think 2 warnings are fair enough atleast in this situation. You can check logs.
