2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) Leading The Ballas provides an opportunity to hone leadership skills in a dynamic virtual environment. I have past experience of high command in every gang and a leader experience. One of the main reasons I want of become leader of The Ballas Gang is to make it most active and powerful gang in city. I will focus on recruiting new members and building a strong, cohesive team to tackle challenges and pursue common goals.
(ii) As I get experienced a lot of time in the illegal organizations. Me and my deputies will make an friendship to all gang members. No toxicity will be allowed. We will handle this gang at the end of the day of the gang. We will do daily events like, FZ, GunStore, 24/7 Store rob, and all of the gang events. We will try to do 100% in this term. We will try to put The Ballas Gang on Top!
(iii) I will choose deputies and under-deputies carefully. So, we will be able to handle the gang for long term like 30 days. I will never give any favoritism to anyone, they will work hard for thir ranks. I will choose turf leader and spray leader so, we can get max graffiti profits per hr. We will make an alliance with other gangs of the city if beneficial for us like, Black Market raid, GP and others.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Recruiting people who have experience and knowledge about rules. Appoint High Commands who is deserve without any favoritism. Help all org member when they need. Try to remove Toxicity from org. Rules will be not break by anyone.
Here Are My Goals To Handle Gang as a Leader.
- 100% Turfs
- Dominate all the ghetto
- 8k+ graffiti per hour
- Holding gang without any warning
