Dear higher ups,
Today, my organization members and I received a warning for violating ER 1.2:
“It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts (10 minutes before), during, and 5 minutes after.”
We believe this warning was unfairly issued. The Hostage situation began at 15:55, well before the event officially started which was rp ticket . We were engaged in an ongoing RP situation and were in active negotiation with LEOs, which took longer due to internal conflicts and delays on their end. Despite this, we maintained RP continuity and did not disengage abruptly.
We were in the final stage of wrapping up the situation and had already requested a helicopter for us. The helicopter had just arrived when Mr. Abosaif issued us a warning under ER 1.2. We feel this action was unjustified , especially since there was no clear fault or rule break from our side, and even fib members present can confirm that.
Additionally, the LSPD was repeatedly disrupting the negotiation process, which contributed significantly to the delay.
Unfortunately, I do not have a POV recording from our side. I kindly request that review the admin-side POV to reassess the situation fairly.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
regards,
Simba Unbeatable
