Rejected Bug Abuse + NLR / 99530

hello dear admins,
i was at my fam house then suddenly a guy vdm us id 3538 but the most important thing is 99530 was doing bug abuse he was pointing his finger while dead and that is bug abuse + NLR he was dead when the time was 21:35 proof:

and in the second picture time was 21:42. and for me sitting its rule break gr 6.8 and i got punished for it 3 days i was new in the game and didint know anything i will try to avoid these mistakes and i didint dance or anything just sat down and i want id 99530 punished for bug abuse!
