Greetings Admins,
Context - I know this guy 103178 ( Maxtern Federal ) from en2. I used to play in en2 many many months ago. I moved to en3 after i got banned there.
Mr Maxtern is a very toxic and dislikeable man and due to his continuous toxicity i had blocked him in discord for a long time. He has tried to reach out to me from various places but ive always put up walls.
Situation - On 1.05.25, i dont know why but i think because he wanted my attention he and his friend 107088 decided it was funny to put bounty on me back to back and then keep killing me. First time i got killed by him i just finished clands and they killed me at clands location. Kept disrespecting me when i was downed. This is the forum link i put against them - Forum . You can see how he made it personal and wasnt rp. Thankfully he got punished for GR 6.8 + GR 6.9. After a bit he was provoking me in cc btw even when i was silent, i hadnt replied to them or instigated their actions - Provoking proof.
Then on 2.05.25, just some hours later I put an ad in cc for buying coke and this guy replied saying " chup re garib " in hindi
the literal meaning is " shut up poor guy " but this is meant in a very demeaning manner. Proof -Forum . Still provoking even when i didnt say anything to him.
Like not even 10-20 mins later i was at beach market looking for good deals when he came again and killed me. Proof - Forum
He called his friend (107088 ) to him. Now i hope you hear the conversation between them very carefully please. Not only was he provoking he was breaking multiple rules along with his friend while i was unconscious. They confessed that 107088 put bounty on me and 103178 clearly killed me.
At 3:55 of the pov in forum you can clearly hear he confesses that he is going to kill me 15 times just like this to make an edit on me just like he did it to another guy. That is clearly targeting !
After my 15 mins timer was over i went back to beach market when he said this in club chat. The fact that he knows i had a different outfit on is clear that he was either following me or watching me. Proof -CC comment pov
Around 10 mins later i was at black market looking for good deals when he came and killed me yet again. At this point it isn't rp this is clear targeting in my opinion. Proof-Forum . Also id like to mention he also did fail rp when he didn't say anything when patching me up, i forgot to mention this in original forum. Now this is the third time he killed me like this. After numerous provocation by him and multiple rule breaks.
After he got punished he messaged me in discord with a different account. Proof - proof of discord . He not only cussed at me he threatened me that he will get me banned magically for things i didn't even do lol. I blocked him of course.
After i blocked him he messaged me from his another discord account - Proof -Second Discord acc threat . ( forum link in the picture is given below). I ignored the message req and then blocked that account too.
He made a forum on me - Forum from him. I know everyone has the right to make a forum complaint on everyone. However the forum is just to tarnish my reputation cus i didnt do any rule breaks like he mentioned. However of course i know admin will be the best to judge. Its not my position to do so. However you will see it was important to mention. I know its maxtern who made the forum because if u check logs in the Players nickname section he had maxtern federal and in id was his id. He soon edited it. If there's any logs of that I'm sure you can confirm. This will also confirm that the forum id he used to put the forum belongs to maxtern. Or maybe you can check IP with his original forum - Original forum of maxtern.
He also commented on my corrupt bio application - Corrupt bio . Pic - Comment . Now this isnt the first time he has done something like this.
I hope i get justice and this targeting can stop. he has a very big punishment history not only from en2 but en3 too so i know if i didn't put a forum now this will continue.
