I gave him pull-over demands as he was overspeeding, he did stop and abused me and ran away, i still gave him pullover demands and he didnt stop, later on i had to block his car engine and when the engine was blocked he knew he will be arrested, he did F1 immediately.
This incident happened on 03/05 and i am reporting it within 48 hours.
