Approved GZ 1.1 and mercy killing | 65495

As requested by stefano. There was a active Prison break and I caught one of the 10-15s and took him into a cell and held him while calling for more agents as I was alone then a random person came in killed me and because my 10-15 was in cuffs he mercy killed him which you cant do as well as GZ 1.1 because DOC is an unscripted green zone there was no RP initiated between me and (65495) for all I know my 10-15 MG to his friend but I can't prove it.
