I am playing in this RP project for last 1.5 or 2 years and during this journey i am experienced many different high command position in many different orgs and In NG i specially spended a lot of terms and dedication of mine hard work and slowly slowly from this i got knowledge about many different situations many different departments and their working also that how they work from then it build a dedication or i can say is confidence that i can run this organization on my own in good and effected way i am ready to take this opportunity and leader ship if i get it. and also it is very special organization because its procedures working are different as compared to other leo organizations and from start i need to became the leader General of this organization and during this time period i got many failures many mistakes which are unnecessary are made by me and now i am ready to full fill my mistakes and failures which i made from becoming a responsible leader General of this organization
The second things is in starting of my journey the first organization which i joined is a leo organization and since then i didnt changed it i am continued it until now i am been a part of NG , LSPD , SAHP , GOV and during this journey i understand the responsibilities of a legal organization leader. if i got leadership i am already have different types of ideas which will make role play more interesting to play and more realistic. i will make different types of changes in many different department so that the newly joined soldiers can easily understand them and enjoy RP more and more as they can. and also i will make sure that every one will be treated equally because as a part different organization legal organizations i have noticed this thing which is a huge problem in leo organizations is the high commands didnt show respect to their junior officer which is wrong because they are high commands so that they can trained their junior officers not in such behaving strictly with them strictness is some cases is important ik in many situations but in a limit.
The third thing which is a very big problem to in the leo organization is favoritism i will will make sure that there will be no favoritism at all because i have seen that many officers even if they are hired newly to the organization they will treat not good and they will also not get their deserving rank even if they a have experienced to i will try to remove these type of things completely from the organization will make sure that friendly environment is given to the soldiers can enjoy facing and playing different kinds of RP situations as much as they can.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My first step to make RP more realistic is to add some new things in training of a officer not just doing an arrest i will train the officers in such a way that they can take decision in every situation without any hesitation. so every body can enjoy RP more realistically and as much as they can......
My second step is to make good communications with other organization because in any situation a good communication plays a very important role in winning the fights and many things more i will make sure that this communication with other different organization will me improved if i get the term.....
MY third step is to hire as much experienced soldiers in HRT department as i can because HRT department plays a very important role in activeness of a organization and also i will make sure that HRT will active every time and they will do as much open recruitments as they can and bring more peoples to the organization. i will also make sure that PR department is active enough that they can do one PR event daily and active 24/7
