Rejected Wrong Decision | Toqa Ilya

Good afternoon, in the thread in proof section Toqa Ilya rejected forum because of insufficient evidence.
I mentioned in the description what they did and what was i suspecting as punishments.
For MG i think, i went a bit far so it could be Mixing since there is no use of OOC information for IC benefit, person just repeats what i said in NON-RP chat.
For pointing gun at federal agents, there is a clear visible proof which i see it as a FailRP since how logical of 2 people pointing gun at Feds right next to their HQ ?
For MK there is also clear proof in the next footage, i dont know what else am i supposed to show regarding MK.

I need higher ups opinion on this thread.

Note: There was no punishment issued on me (jail,warn,ban), i had to choose one to make this forum.
