After years of surviving the chaos of Los Santos, Aniket realized loyalty was rare and true brotherhood even rarer. Tired of betrayal and fake alliances, I brought together a trusted few Sathvik, Dhanu, Myth, Chimpa, Lohith, Sarath, Asuna, Mohith and many more these friends who had stood by him through every war and deal. we decided it was time to stop following and start leading. Together we formed a new family, one built on trust, respect, and domination of the streets. we named it Blackouts symbolizing their ability to strike fast, disappear, and leave their enemies in the dark. No noise, no mercy and just clean, calculated moves. Blackouts was not just a gang. It was a movement. From high risk heists to deep alliances, their name started spreading fast across the city. Anyone who crossed them quickly learned once the lights go out, Blackouts take over.

1. Newbie: New members who have shown interest and a basic understanding of family rules. They are under observation.
2. Operator: Skilled shooters actively participating in family events and providing protection or offense when required.
3. Reaper: Tactical robbers who specialize in high-risk operations such as highway robberies and hostage scenarios.
4. Hitman: Highly experienced in business, RP systems, and overall family operations. Trusted for decision-making and planning.
5. Blackout: Primary organizers of all major family events including business wars, turf wars, and special operations.
6. Vanguard: Senior management responsible for family operations, event leaders, and business growth strategies.
7. Phantom: Second-in-command and closest advisor to the Emperor. Manages diplomacy, alliances, internal disputes, and critical decisions.
8. Emperor: The founder and supreme authority of the family. Leads with vision, discipline, and ultimate decision power.

1. Anti AFK is strictly forbidden
2. Family Events first next organization Events.
3. Any kind of toxicity/disrespect/abuse towards family members is strictly forbidden
4. Any kind of activity against server rules is forbidden
5. Shouting or screaming (Ear rape) in family radio is forbidden
