As you can see he cuffed 33732 while having a flashlight in his hands and cuffed him without reason while not on duty and not in an org car. We called for admin and Tyrell showed but he uncuffed when 33732 mentioned calling for an admin.

After this, he continued provoking and 33732 killed him. 33732 got 6.15 and 291969 was punished for provoking by Tyrell, but not for power gaming and corruption, as he could not see it at the time he appeared.

Considering that ID 291969 was punished for Provoking already I will of course not issue that again. Same applies to ID 33732 for RDM.

So the remaining punishments are as follows:

ID 291969 will receive a punishment for PG & FailRP
ID 229950 will receive a punishment for Mixing
