Rejected Ban for GR 6.3 | Magnes Haste

Hello my dear chiefs and admins, more then one year ago I got banned for GR 6.3 because I took weapons without permission from organization's wearhouse.
I am regretful for what I did in my past. I have read All The Rules carefully And can Make Sure It Wont Happen Again. If you think I should have a chance please unban my ID.
