2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
My experiences as a sahp and ems leader, including high commands in all LEO organizations and gang side, have given me a broad variety of knowledge and competence in every sector and how to operate an organization. Since I am well-aware of an organization's shortcomings and potential for failure, I am a solid choice to lead the National Guard organization as General for the upcoming term.
As I work toward becoming a leader, I want to learn more about my subordinates' and my fellow soldiers' experiences and satisfaction levels in the organization because their opinions are very important when running a term. I also want to incorporate all levels of satisfaction and motivational standards in the organization to ensure that it runs smoothly and that everyone involved in NG has a hassle-free experience for NG but also for every organization I have been a part of, I would want to present my vision and mission for future leadership in NG.
I believe that my skills and commitment will make me a worthy contender for the General of the National Guard post. In order to address disagreements and internal disruptions that arise on a regular basis, a leader must commit time and responsibility to the organization and to the soldiers who are in need. I want to teach our soldiers how to enter NG so they know how to handle different situations without it causing consequences, in addition to making sure they are fully aware of all internal and external regulations at NG to be excellent at the work we do and deliver.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To improve the role-play People in an organization must learn the correct techniques at various levels in order to avoid unnecessary issues caused by poorly conducting specific operations. teaching alongside a knowledgeable human resources team that ensures our units have the skill sets needed to fulfill the required levels of role-playing and avoid the negative effects of incorrect role-playing .Attending events and running candy runs for other law enforcement officers is also crucial for roleplay since it gives us firsthand experience with roleplay scenarios and settings. My objective is to provide a good setting so that we may cover the gates and attend the event so that all of the employees have fun. And if everything goes as planned, my team and I will attempt to prolong the Rp for as long as possible before moving on to the second term. And we can involve other org to enhanse the RP
