Dear Admin
In response to the accusations against the leader of the SMOKE family (ID 183221), I would like to clarify a few points
SMOKE family is an open family that allows any player to join. It is not restricted nor does it have a strict recruitment process, so it is unreasonable to expect the leader to be aware of every member’s history, including those who may be ban evaders or cheaters.
Many of the POV requests mentioned in the report either contain no SMOKE family members at all (e.g., threads 25, 23, 14), or involve players who have already been removed from the family (e.g., thread 17), or are not even confirmed to be part of the family (threads 20, 18, 15). In some cases, the SMOKE family itself took action against the player (e.g., thread 22).
Making a generalized accusation without verifying each case or checking the actual involvement of SMOKE members creates a false narrative. This feels more like an attempt to target the family or its leader unfairly, rather than presenting legitimate concerns.
We ask that the administration take into consideration the nature of public families and not hold leaders accountable for random players who join without prior vetting. Collective punishment based on unverified assumptions is not just
