Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.
While on duty with the LSPD conducting a towing operation, the suspect rear ended the vehicle I was towing, causing it to become dislodged. As I was attempting to reconnect it, the suspect returned and struck the vehicle again. Despite clear communcation that a police operation was in progress and instructions to leave the area, the suspect continued to interferr with the operation using their vehicle to ram. They only departed after being informed that the inident would be reported.
