Hello, I received a warning for RDM. The man i shot was had a murder hit on him from gov for having a high wanted level. I accepted task found my target and completed. It was not random. In real life you would never say "hey im going to kill you now". He had a contract out on him.

Please review and consider my point here. Ive never been in trouble in several years being in this city.
