Rule Break Report - Combat Logging (CL)
My In-Game Name: Ethan Jasper

Situation Explained:
I attempted to stop the reported player for over-speeding. After giving three clear demands to pull over, the player still refused to comply.
I then used engine block to stop the vehicle, but instead of continuing the RP, the player left the game to avoid the scene, which is a clear case of Combat Logging (CL).
