I responded to a 24/7 store robbery where an LSPD officer was kidnapped and held hostage, in the middle of negotiations with Gravitas one of their members stationed on the roof behind us started to shoot down at us without any reason. We followed the demands of Gravitas and none of the LSPD and SAHP officers fired shot before Gravitas opened fire on the negotiators. (The ID is the one of the Negotiator for gravitas and not the one who was on the roof as his ID could not be captured)

At your clip at min 7:05 we gave the demand at 22:10 server time if any officers are climbing up the roofs the hostage will die. One Minute later officers were going up the roofs (proof:

) so LEOs didnt followed our demands.
