2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) I wanna take LSPD, because i have experence many changes in the city from when i frist join LSPD on Adal Higgens's Term. I climed from being a trainne/towie to HOD of UC. I work my hardest to get the postion i want.

2.2) I strongly believe that not just anyone should wear the badge of LSPD leader. This job demands a specific skill set, discipline, and the right mindset. We need people who not only represent the Los Santos Police Department with pride but also elevate its reputation. When we move, others should take notice—and ideally, want to follow our example or even align with us. On top of that, I’ve gained a lot of experience when it comes to gang raid, case files and gathering solid evidence because i was ex HOD of UC for 2 term and COS of UC 4 term, to push the LSPD closer to its goal of carrying out successful gang raid terms.

2.3) Having been in the city for over 3 year i have seen that LSPD holds greater manpower and jurisdiction power in the city, it needs to be more disciplined to handle situations calmly and efficiently. For this we have the best high command, which are the most skilled and talented individuals & LSPD units this city has ever seen. Everyone who works hard and shows their commitment and motivation will see success in an organization that is led by me. As LSPD is the main backbone of the city, it needs a strong and steady leader, as I've accumulated many experiences and have many good leadership qualities and management qualities

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) One of my main goals is to strengthen our Undercover Department. I want to build the best Undercover team that’s actively involved in drug busts and collect effective information from gangs. As we know " Deep UC Mission" in undercover are the most effective to gather intel and evidence to help FIB to make Casefile against any gang/crime family.

3.2) Recently, LSPD lost the main objective, which was investigating the situation and stepping in at the right moment to hit enemies from a weak spot. I will make the best SWAT team to guide other orgs and handle any situation efficently and respond to all globals and 911 and help citizens and other orgs and have a good relationship with them.

3.3) I will make a term with no favoratism everyone will get the rank they deserve, and i will setup the best HRT deparment team for LSPD that will ensure that every active units get there promotions openly. I’m dedicated to making sure everyone knows what to do and feels confident in handling whatever situations come their way. When people are well-prepared, they make smarter decisions—and that makes the whole roleplay experience smoother, more fun, and more real for everyone.

3.4) I will make the best Internal Affairs team to stop corruption and to do armory checks regularly. No high command will get any special benefits, Internal Affairs will ensure that no HCs are giving ranks for free. Basically they will make sure that all employees follow all server rules. Internal Affairs can request bodycam footage from agents whenever it's necessary. They also work closely with the District Attorney's office, helping them get that footage if the LSPD receives a subpoena.

3.4) I will make the best active and hardworking Traffic Enforcement (TE) team to towie and fines cars in the city. It is essential for LSPD have a good and working Traffic Enforcement team to clear the Abandonment cars from the street and to give fines
