2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been good experince in all org , In Sahp I have been cos , In Fib i am chief agent right now , in lspd i have been cos of all , in ng i have been BG 3 time , After serving multiple terms in National Guard i got to know about the need and the importance of us in the city and the needs of others orgs that we serve for them, Along with my Experience in LSPD, SAHP and FIB helped me to understand our responsibilities in missions and maintaining the relationship that we should have among other organisations By helping them with providing Ammo and in return they help us safe guarding the base from trespassers, FZ raids and in Missions
- The departments within NG are essential to the success of organization under the watch of new General. I Was Lucky Enough to be a part of all the departments during my time at NG which made me Understand their importance and by ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly hold the Overall Success of National Guard and keeps us out of any sort of issue that may cause us any trouble.
- Lastly , I would love to get the experience of leading such a prestigious org and becoming the leader of NG would definitely help me boost my skills .
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
- Firstly I will make sure there is no favoritism or any discrimination based on rank towards lower rank and Very HC will be properly trained and is using correct rp commands and radio codes Because i have seen that many time and under pressure of the event HC use wrong commands which eventually makes it hard for them so they will be properly trained so there would not be any mistake in rp situations and it would increase rp.
- To boost rp in National Guard , We will make sure that Human Resources and Training (HR&T) is controlled by the right person and there is always a active HR in NG so new recruits can get hired and HR can host open-recruitment 24/7 whenever they want and the most important department Public-relations (PR) is very active because it will help us to build a good relation with citizen and will boost rp

I have few points to focus on -
- showing more activity from NG to all events
- ammo runs will be done daily to organization that require ammo without much delay
- I would like to plan strategies with other orgs for all events to win all the events
- Also, i will conduct training sessions to improve combat technique of National Guard
- Activity is the main area i want to focus on.
- Gates to be guarded during the required hours.
