Cuffed and arrested me without any ic reason though he have bio but i was told by administrator abo saif they cant directly cuff without ic reason. but this guy did.
Also in pov u can see when i jumped he cuffed me which is PG i request to review his arrest pov and check my pov as well . he did fail rp and Power Gaming(cuffed me while i was jumping).

Cuff while in air is accidental as u are keep jumping for no reason.
For cuffings for no ic reason, provide longer pov as its not clear.
