Hello

I highly respect your policy on showing proofs. However in my particular case in the chat feature i was blocked so fast without warning and could not get to the chat log to snap a picture. Also due to me freshly logging in and not being part of an org i was not screen recording. Is there anyway I can prove to you what I stated below by giving me strict access to the chat feature so i can take a screen shot for you?

I really hate to beg but this project you and your team created is life for me in dark times and have put allot of time, energy and money into for years. I would really hate to lose it over a misunderstanding stating "" i still serve sentence even though i proved i did nothing wrong?" as what the admins called deceiving them. Merely just stating clarity to make sure were were both on the same page. Zero disrespect

Hello,

I had a warn removed due to an error. I fly in and found to be in jail. I sent message to admins in game. "i had warn remove and im still in jail" the reply was "you must finish jail sentence" my reply to to make sure they understood my question was " i still serve sentence even though i proved i did nothing wrong?" Pretty close word for word

My account I have had with you for years and the money ive spent is now blocked because of this? In my opinion respectfully speaking this is an extremely harsh punishment

Please please reconsider this punishment. Your records of the chat should match closely to what i stated above
