This guywas provoking us you can see everything on my body cam.

+ He kicked my car multiple times demaged my car. So i dont need give him demands he is provoking me damaging my car. What did he expect me to do do? I didnt kill him just 1 bullet 🐈‍⬛

Complete overreaction for kick of car. Demands must be given. GR6.15 does not say "give demands or be provoked"
