2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
2.1 -The reason I want to be a gang leader is because I've done very little legal work since I came to this city, I'm 21 years old and I'm 18- For 19 years I have been in all the gangs and illegal businesses that exist in the city, half of my day is spent fighting in the illegal parts of the city, I am one of the most illegal people in this city and this helps me to know the people who are on the illegal side and I believe that I will have a very successful term by taking them into my gang and I will lead me in this leadership. The best reasons for success are that I am very good with guns and cars, I have years of turf experience and I have a lot of it, I manage people very well, and I think the most important thing is that I never give anyone a higher rank than they deserve, and therefore, if there is a fair gang management, I think that gang will be much more successful.
2.2 -the 2nd most important reason is that I know how to manage people very well, so I want to be a good gang leader and I want to take the management in my hands, I care about quality, I care about rp, I want to achieve not only power but also long-term success in gang leadership.
2.3 - I realize that gang management is a serious business, I want to do it as a business, not just for fun, I aim to raise the gang, I want to train new members and provide a quality rp experience.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will welcome new members with understanding, I will keep them committed to converting them to the rank system, I will listen carefully to the opinion of the members, I will exchange ideas, I will take everyone's opinion into consideration, I will ensure that they rp with maximum enjoyment in the events.
