Hello, I recently received an organizational punishment for one of my team members breaching SR 5.10 and a punishment for MK (clearing out gangs when the timer hit 0 during the gang raid, even though a few gang members were still inside the parameter, which was cleared). If I'm not mistaken, in the past, people used to do this without facing punishment. As a leader, I take full responsibility for this, but I want to highlight a few things. This marks our 11th day of completing our 11th raid while bringing good numbers to the city throughout the day, even during low-number hours, we had 22 on subs and were focused on recruiting quality members, putting in our utmost effort to ensure everything went smoothly. However, this individual (Ivan Stark), who was a Deputy of HR responsible for interviewing people, should have known the the ans of things he asks If you check the hiring POV logs, he was asking questions which he obviously knew the answers but still he used his personal car while on duty and, when questioned, he did not provide any proper answers, leading to the organizational punishment. This feels more like targeting or an intentional action against us. Regardless, as a leader, the responsibility ultimately falls on my shoulders. Therefore, I request one chance to have this verbal warning taken into consideration just this once, easing the situation. We are actively working to eliminate toxic individuals and behaviors within the state, conducting several meetings throughout the day, and have already fired tons of people for it. We are currently taking steps to clear out toxicity as a whole within the state, collaborating with all organizations without conflict. In conclusion, we as an organization are asking to be reconsidered in this situation and given a chance by removing this verbal warning. That’s all. We will ensure that RP is maintained at a high level without toxicity. Thank you.
