1.Additional information
i have been in National guard for 5 term i have learned most things i know there, now i thing its time i make some changes for the better and lead NG for the great and show how we can build enjoyable Rp with in the NATIONAL GUARD. in the ng rank i have come up to Brigadier General and of course i have been in other org. To become a leader of an organization has multiple responsibility which i am ready for. and also i want to also to have a strong relationship with other organization as well. to be honesty this least term we had so many highcommands in active and some many people which are just joing the org for only ranks just leaving, so if i become ng leader i am going to build a strong team with in the highcommands as well in the hrt team. becuese this was the most people we want to be active which we did had in least term. as well we had less communication with other org do to new highcommand but i well point out that before becomming highcommand in ng that you have to go through a traning which is for the becomming highcommand. The National Guards is the best organization and that is what we going to make it again a place where every one can be trust with there work and in every deperment inside ng.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
first is that this specific organization is the one i have the most fun in.
second is to be clear i want to bring back the rp inside the org which is missing.
third is that i want to show how to lead as well teach other so they can make ng better in the future.
3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
Roleplay within the National Guard is essential to keep all the people of the org active, Soldiers will be stationed at gates to inquire the citizens for the reasons of their Visit and to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment process and base protection by Ensuring that they are Well Trained and well Disciplined, Before they were placed on official duties. when they have revied the training and they dont act on it they well be trained again.
