I am enrolling in the position of General in the National Guard which I will use to bring effective leadership, strategic growth, and better role play experiences to the organization.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

i. Wide range of leadership roles in many sectors:.


My past has been one of filling in senior level roles within SAHP, LSPD,NG every branch of law enforcement and the in the middle of the street with the gangs. Out of that has come a depth of knowledge in to how these different types of organizations function and also where they typically fall short. Also due to this diverse experience I bring a unique and informed point of view to which I may bring structure and at the same time adapt as we lead the National Guard.
ii. Team Development and Dedication:.

One of my main goals is to foster a setting in which each team member feels they have a voice and are supported. I am into checking in with my team very often on what they think, how they are doing, what motivates them. With this we are to build a robust internal structure which in turn promotes team work, loyalty and growth within th NG.

iii. Vision for Professionalism and Operational Excellence:.

As a leader I am to put forward clarity, structure, and accountability. I aim to see that which which we put forth as protocols is known to all in NG, that we handle situations at hand with efficiency, and that each soldier represents the company with discipline and respect. Also I am to instill a culture which has continuous focus on training, communication and performance.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To improve the quality of role play in the National Guard the following strategies are necessary:. Structured Training Programs: Implement out a structured role play training program which will be put forth by the Human Resources team. We want all members to become experts in their procedures for various situations. Also we will see to it that what we do is regular and that we cover a lot of ground from coordinated patrols to gate details, tactical drills to working with other agencies. We also do large scale candy runs with our LEO colleagues which at the same time train us and bring us closer together thus improving our skills and morale.


Oversight Departments:

Human Resources – centers on training, recruitment, and internal development.
Military Police – Preserving discipline and behavior control on the Military Base.
SASD (Special Armed Services Division) – Combat and high risk specialized operations.
Airforce – Support and rapid deployment of aerial troops.
Public Relations (PR) – Inter-org communication and events management, NG representation.
