1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I want to be leader of Families Bcuz I have very good experience in gangs and very good knowledge of the capture rules.
• I think i deserve to be leader again because i have good passion to be leader again and control the city and the ghetto.
• I have my team to get 100% turf territories. I have good deputy who is able to handle all the turfs stuff for me and of course i will help him.
• Making the ghetto in green color and filling it with green in any way possible.
• Making sure my deputy keeps on activity on the org events- (fz,hostage situations,stores,etc..)
• Having good friendship with other deputies and leaders is important for the org to be clean as possible without any warns and problems.
• I was leader and have very good experience in leadership position. As well as knowing all the rules.
  
  

1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
   
   

- Doing hostage situations in new places against the Leos.
- Good activity in ghetto and show that we the ones that controlling.
- Giving promotions accordingly to activity.
- Having all my members knowing the rules and not making such mistakes as- "failrp,mg,fearrp,nlr, etc.."
- Helping Newbies who are new.

   1) Be active as a leader.
   2) Good bonuses for people who active.
   3) 100% turf
   4) Winning most of the store/gunstore robberies.
   5) Complete all the weekly missions by the curator.
   6) No toxicity in the gang, anyone respecting each other.
   7) Teach new members the gang rules.
   8) completing the term without any problems and passing it.
