From my POV prodided, as soon as i started highjacking the vehicle leos instantly shot me from the hill which was obviously a trap made by them. Moreover, after patching me ID 34359 told me "its you again Ali" + laughing which means they are targeting me, you can also check the SS from PDA showing that i was arrested many times for the same reasons from the same org.
