Rudra Wanted, born in Los Santos, he faced some challenges during his eduaction he really dont like to study, but he was forced by his parents to study when he was 16 one day he saw punching an old women he tried to protect the women but the guy who is punching the lady have a gun he shooted luminous at his legs, at that time his life was changed, he determined that one day he will became a police officer and protect all the citizen without any problem 5 years later. Rudra Joined San Andreas Highway patrol (SAHP) through dedication and training he climbed the ranks to supervisor, earning respect. his connections with higer rank officer allowed him to grow Rudra occasionally bends the rules when the situation demands it, leading to morally complex decisions in his mission to protect Los Santos.

Career Story:

In his role with the SAHP, Rudra Know that is not that easy to protect los santos from Gangstars and criminals but because his dedication he is ready to protect los santos from all criminal activity he protects his family from legal troubles, blurring ethical line. But on the other hand luminous was facing some financial issues. His exposure to systemic corruption and ethical ambiguities within the SAHP influenced his decisions, his financial condition pushing him to earn more money easily. While his actions earned him both criticism and admiration, they revealed a darker side of his character as he grappled with the consequences of bending the law to suit his needs.

9. Rudra can leak info about operations to gangs and take money for it (the compensation can be discussed with the buyer).
