As seen in the POV at timestamp 0:14 it can be seen that ID 129861 realizes who the suspect (10-15) is and then immediately asks Marklon to " leave " the suspect simply because it is evident the suspect is friend of ID 129861, a few seconds after when I tell ID 129861 that this is corruption (violation of GR 6.4) he did not even hesitate and openly claimed himself that he is corrupt.
