Why I Would Lead the National Guard?

I’ve been on the server for some time now and through out that time I’ve slung my way through multiple different factions, legal and illegal. Every position has taught me something new, and collectively I have learned how this server runs inside and out.

Let me offer a brief summary of my time here:

National Guard – Rank 27 LSPD – Rank 26 SAHP – Rank 22 Bloods, Rank 13 (under Deputy ) Marabunta rank Under Deputy) This is not just a roster of ranks — these were leadership positions where I have took charge and had to make decisions and establish trust with others. I have learned how to lead teams, handle stress and communicate clearly with both superiors and with more junior staff.

Leadership Approach

leadership is not about barking orders or grabbing power — it’s about building a team in which everyone can feel they are important. I really am passionate about attendance and involvement. I check on people; help out when Ifthey need help, and see to it that no one gets left out. A good unit, is a unit in which all are reading from the same page — and having the other’s back.

Structure and discipline are important, but so is morale. My intent is to strike a balance and create a place where people want to get better and are proud of what they do. If I’m in charge of the National Guard, that’s the kind of culture I’m going to have.

MY PLAN TO BETTER RP IN THE GUARD

1. Real Training that Matters I will bring in real training programmes managed by a unique HR unit. These will be taught based on useful in-game skills and immersive RP. Topics will include:

Formations and team play Gate & Checkpoint operation Joint operations with LSPD, SAHP and FIB Authentic RP situations to increase immersion and realism 2. Divisions With Purpose To give this mess more structure, and also to make things a bit more fun to RP, I'll list internal departments - each with an RP value and role:

HR: Recruitment, onboarding and training-focused Military Police (MP): Base security, also discipline, rules enforcement SASD (Special Armed Services Division): High risk operations and tactical responses Air Force: Air support, transportation, recon missions Public Relations (PR): Manages events, inter-org communication and raising the public image Final Thoughts
