Hello james whitee i recently posted a forms of me getting cr and rdm after that u put that i also got cr for what i didn't do anything i was driving and he ran in the middle of the street and i hit him that's on him not me since he was in the middle of the road. Here i put the proof down below of him running in the middle of the entrance of the parking.
