He has multiple accounts through which he is doing such work. He is cheating people and transfer money in his main account.

Okh I make your sentences up. But what about how he sell others business to someone if he is not the owner? It's means it's a glitch or a bug and it's not our headache. And on the otherhand he is not the owner but he sell that business to him it's also comes under scam.
