2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 -> I want to become leader of the 'Bloods street gang' because I have a quite good experience as an Gang Member in all the Gangs like Families, Bloods, Marabunta, Ballas and Vegos but the real RP which I learnd from the only one Bloods street gang.
2.2 -> The Bloods have always been a symbol of strength and brotherhood. I want to lead not just to carry on that legacy, but to take it even further. With my experience and vision, I believe I can take this gang to a whole new level.
2.3 -> The bloods is a gang which is always active does not matter who is leading the term thats the main reason which make it super good gang and i need a chance to be leader of this gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 -> Create a Strong Chain of Command and giving the ranks as per the Activity and the knowledge of people who wants to join.
3.2 -> I will make and tell everyone to Use a unique slogan that members can say during events like Hostage situations or Store robbery.
3.3 -> In the availability of people I will surely Take over areas and hold them for a long time and try to win every capture not even try we will win it for sure.
3.4 -> I will make sure that during my term as leader, I will appoint only experienced and dedicated deputies who understand true gang RP and can lead it properly.
3.5 -> I will make sure that In my term as leader, there will be no favoritism—only those with real experience and proven loyalty will earn high ranks in the gang.
