as you can see in Pov I was protect the money machine and id 4648 kill me without any demand: the rule breaks in 0.29 at the Pov
and I have Pov when id 84836 come before him and I give him demand and I kill him and finish him in hour 10.01 proof1
and you can see in proof 2 in 2.00min at the Pov he comes back to take his car before 15 min he is back in hour 10.08

About ID 84836 doesnt clearly state NLR break since ID is not visible in your 2nd POV.
and about ID 4648 clearly doesnt state RDM as well, provide longer POV before getting killed from him to clarify and file new complaint.​
