2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. NG was the org where i had most of the fun comparing to other Orgs. This was the very first Organization where i became and a High command. And i became more and more passionate for National Guard. This is like a Home to me. Where everyone is treated with Respect and Dignity! This is what anyone who Joins this city seeks for.
B. I've been playing on this Server for more than 2 Years now, I believe I am well-suited to be a leader of NG due to my experience and expertise As Leo. Throughout my time in the city, I have held high-ranking positions such as Major General(NG), US Marshal(SAHP), Deputy Chief(EMS) , 00 Agent (FIB), TFO(LSPD) and currently HOD in LSPD .I served multiple terms in the NG, FIB,SAHP,EMS and LSPD. I have enough experience to be the Leader of NG.
C. National Guard Almost lost its charm due to people getting bored in the Org. And leaving because they dont have any Activity to perform other then Just standing at the Gates. I will make sure we Have Events inside the National Guard with collaboration of other orgs. Which will be exiciting for our Soldiers and also perfect for having strong bonds with other orgs.
D. The Recruitment Department is a main key to run a successful Org. Because you Need Units at your base in the raid hours for any possible Situations. And having a Strong RR is like a backbone of NG. Which helps us recruiting and Training new soldiers.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No Corruption in the National Guard : So Corruption is the a Reason why people leave National Guard and switch to others Orgs. I will not tolerate any Corruption in my org. I will make sure i check everyone's rank and the promotions list and find if there's if any favouritism in the org
2. Radio Codes : I will make sure that my units have better grip on the Radio Codes. Because it is more professional way when we are communicating with other orgs. It for sure increases for RP
3. City Patrolling and SASD : City Patrolling was one of the most fun and exciting thing which was introduced by Curators. Which Increases RP with Other orgs and have a great influence on people. Also i will make sure we always have SASD units to respond to Globals for much better Relations with other ORGs.
