Dear Mazhor,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out today with a sincere request to have my ban from GrandRP DE 01 reconsidered by someone in a higher position, as I believe the reasoning for the recent denial is not only disheartening, but also fundamentally unjust.
Approximately two to three years ago, I was permanently banned due to immature behavior and trolling. At that time, I was still very new to roleplay servers and lacked the understanding of the server rules and proper roleplay conduct. I made a significant mistake, including putting civilians and even an admin in handcuffs as part of my misguided actions. I fully understand today how wrong and unacceptable that behavior was.
Recently, I submitted a formal unban request, in which I expressed sincere remorse, explained my past behavior, and showed how I have grown over the years. Unfortunately, my appeal was denied solely because “the ban is too old to be reviewed.” I was not expecting this to be the reason for the rejection – in fact, I find this reasoning contradictory.
Isn’t it a positive sign that time has passed? The fact that this incident happened years ago should not be a reason to deny my request, but rather an opportunity to acknowledge the time I’ve had to reflect, mature, and improve as a person and player.
Over the last few years, I have grown significantly. I am now older, more responsible, and far more respectful of rules, fellow players, and administrators. I have also taken the time to educate myself more thoroughly about proper RP behavior and the expectations of a serious roleplay community. I am no longer the same person who caused trouble back then.
It is disheartening to be denied simply because too much time has passed. I strongly believe that this contradicts the very idea of giving players a second chance based on growth and change. The passing of time should serve as evidence that I am not trying to evade responsibility, but rather that I have genuinely moved on and would like the opportunity to return and contribute positively to the community.
I am respectfully asking for this case to be reviewed again, this time not with a focus on how long ago it happened, but on who I have become in the meantime. Everyone makes mistakes – what truly matters is what we learn from them. I’ve learned a lot, and I would love nothing more than to prove that I am now ready to rejoin GrandRP with a new mindset, full of respect, understanding, and a deep appreciation for the community.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this appeal. I hope you can see that my intentions are genuine and that I truly care about being part of this server again – this time, the right way.
Sincerely,
Leon
