Rejected 107959|Received Punishment for Illegal Discord

I was inactive from long time and when I come back I received this pop up I never used redux kindly check with my account. I can ensure you that i never did any trade or sold anything outside the game on discord ever. I request Mr. Abhijeet sir to take back my punishment as i am innocent yet i never even joined any gang did many illegal activities. I served city being USS commander in government and also worked in EMS. Kindly check with my account also check my forum i only have 2 forums for which i received punishment. I don't think I am a bad citizen and i don't know if i deserve this punishment or not.
I hope that i will able to get back in city and do role play again.
