Rejected Warn For ER 1.12 I Snow Fury

Dear Higher-Ups,

I hope this message finds you well.

Today, we encountered a situation involving Snow Fury, and I would like to explain the entire scenario for your review. After thoroughly reading the Grand RP rules, specifically Event Rule 1.12, it clearly states:

"There is a limit of 2 hostages during robbery events and kidnapping."

Based on this, we understood that we are not permitted to take more than two hostages during such events. However, I could not find any rule indicating that we are not allowed to rob a third person while already having two hostages. Despite this, we were issued a warning for doing so.

I am respectfully requesting clarification regarding this decision. If there is an additional rule or interpretation that prohibits robbing a third person under these circumstances, I kindly ask that it be pointed out for our understanding and future compliance.

We ask that this situation be reviewed fairly under the GRAND RP PROJECT roleplay standards and rules, and we look forward to your explanation and final decision.

Furthermore, I would like to bring two critical issues to your attention:

1. Player ID 65127 opened fire on us during what had already become an admin situation, which is clearly against server protocol. Despite this, no punishment appears to have been issued for their actions.
2. Snow Fury interrupted our roleplay by bringing up server rules in the middle of an active RP scenario, which disrupted and ultimately derailed the scene. This behavior negatively impacted our RP experience, even though we were conducting the situation properly and in accordance with the rules as we understood them.

As of Now its really interrupted our roleplay in the middle of an active RP situation and according to grand rp rules as we understood. But Higher Ups I have Question that every admin will come to proper RP situation as reminding about rules break. Also Higher Up from sir snow fury side he missed punishment. As of now i know that we cant shoot at admin situation. I don't know Why he missed that one of the lady were we are robbing she done stalling and Force RP. I mean that in that situation clearly we not given demand's to sit in the car. If He Punish that lady it wont that situation might happen and sir we asked about that lady sited in car We Thought that she not comes under second hostage but He told that for that you have apply in forums. Also Sir We leaved The GUY after snow fury sir told that situation may leads to punish you people so we leaved that guy. After Like 3-5 mins he punished as but why he missed them So Please consider this From My side bodycam​

According to the rules, admin took the correct decision. Based on this situation, as a gang member, you have several options to kick someone from your own vehicle. Even when the admin was present, all of you accepted the second player being in the car and didn’t make any effort to kick him or clear up the misunderstanding, even after the admin left nothing got changed either. Also, you removed your own warn by yourself just 2 hours after receiving the punishment​
