Mass Corruption inside the government and LSPD - Breaking the allowed amount of corrupt officials under the Legislation, Rules of State and the General Rules Possibly some others.
i understand this may not fully fit formats required but i was not aware of any other way to document this effectivly. thank you for your time.

Officer (ID 134773) uses a police unit to collect friend (ID 132232) from the hospital. i witness during this break in the rules that a civilian (ID 137137) is in need of the officers help. he ignored the civilian looking for assistance and tells his friend to enter the police vehicle and leave the scene.

Trying to report the officer to his department i encountered officer (ID 134773) entering the department with civilians (ID 122783, 137141 and 94569) all of whom seem to be young in age. the officer (ID 134773) uses language that no child should be using.

i am waiting around the police department observing the movements as a civilian enters, they claim their car has been stolen. i am unable to help them. i make a formal request to officer (ID 132262) to speak to the chief- he then removes uniform and continues to perform police duty by asking me to remove my vest breaking legislation.
i then make a request to see the chief to officer (ID 10334) and was passed to his superior and i ask the same of this officer (ID 38139)i provide this officer with my ingame phone number and ask if the chief can contact me when they are available to discuss the matter of the officer that was breaking legislation and he agrees to do this.

i decide to scope out the government and change my name, on arrival to the building an unknown person (ID 87214) to me approached whistling into the mic and saying what i can only assume is an insult but it was not in English so i am unsure.
as i attempted to enter the building Gov Official (ID 61582) seems to be keen to test out his new Taser and uses it on me breaking the City law. no other official present responds to this action. official's present are (ID 106762, ID 113266, ID 106220, ID 61641, ID 39789)
he leaves and i have a conversation with (ID 106762) he provides me the names of the governor ( Taco Smoke ) and Chief of police ( Ianata Namakazi?)

I return to the Government to make a complaint about the LSPD. Was met by an official ( ID 88972 ) He Has No voice and Fails Any Attempt to RP
Government Official (ID 105886) Attempts to RP and Enters the building to Help. Government Official (ID 88972) is determined to get in my way so i further attempt to RP The Situation but he threatens to arrest me instead.

The On Duty Official Ends His Private Date? I Am Attempting to Adjust my Audio Settings and I'm aware they are getting better but Gov. Official ( ID 121365 ) Fails to communicate. Gov. Official (ID 105886) From Clip 6 Returns. He is Young But we RP The situation i request to speak to the governor. he asks me for my reasons. i give him the reasons i need to meet the governor. and wait nearby. he contacts the others within the government. he is ordered by superior to give me a reason to why i cant speak to the governor. i refuse and he requests my passport so he can inform the superiors of my name. who is too busy at this time. as the conversation ends Civ (ID 132762) Makes a request to join the government.

(ID 127600) is spying on me spying on them when the (Civ ID 132762) From the end of Clip 7 is now (Gov. Employee ID 132762) This Person was Given a rank in the Government even though when she first arrived she failed the test by not knowing What OOC or IC means but was accepted into the government for unknown reasons. The new recruit Approaches me she immediately walks away ignoring my question. Displaying that she was not ready to become a member of the Government left to their own devices greeting civilians in front of the main building. she proceeds to climb on the surrounding architecture, i re approach her and ask if this is normal behavior for employees of the government and she directs me to her higher ups as she is just a new recruit.
I approach the higher ups (ID 127600) and (ID 39395) i ask if the behavior of the new recruit is standard and he tells me that she is " Working Out "
i Report to them about the Corruption within the PD Which the completely ignored.
(ID 127600) tells me after a short conversation that if the legislation doesn't suit their needs they will just change the legislation. as he roleplays pretending to be the DoJ.Both Employees go on to show ignorance towards the game rules and show no care to roleplay in any way. (ID 39395 Claims to not be a government employee).
I ask if the Government Currently has 2 lawyers as required by the legislation
i ask why they let someone into the government that doesn't know the meaning of OOC or IC
I am Told i am Just talking shit and I'm a Karen by (ID 39395) who is a government official even though he deny's it at this time and Gov Employee (ID 105886) re appears
