1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD).
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
2.1) I would like to become the leader of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because I served multiple LEO organizations for multiple terms. Of all of the terms, LSPD was my first organization. I joined the LSPD as a cadet then Naksh Pratap taught and trained me. After passing my training, I became Patrol Officer 1. Later I did hard work and served multiple terms in LSPD and became chief of staff in the LSPD. After serving multiple LSPD terms, I decided to join SAHP, where I gave my loyalty and put my skills to good use. After working hard, I reached the commander position in SAHP also. Now I think I have enough good experience to get leadership. As LSPD was my first LEO organization, I want to take the whole lead of LSPD and make LSPD on top.
2.2 ) As Chief of the LSPD, I get to envision the future of the organization and lead growth. I will foster fresh ideas and approaches to make the LSPD the premier force in the local community and bring in new recruits who have the same vision as myself
2.3 ) I will be able to provide the correct and adequate training to everybody that needs it and thats by focusing on the HR team and doing open recruitements very often to keep the fresh blood flowing among the org.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
3.1. During my time as chief of police of LSPD discipline, professionalism and fairness were the guidance to all great achievements.
3.2. The HR team will be focusing on how to work in teams and share knowledge rather than checking for phase-passing validity. We will try to make 1 recruitment drive in day to get active member into organization
3.3. In this way we will improve the teamwork done by the Unite and encourage them to work together All High commands, with no Exception has to take responsibility in all sort of situation and representing the ORG in a professional way
3.4. My PR team will host the special event for the organization and the citizens also .
