During an active RP situation outside of the DOC, a group attempted to interfere with the processing of their friends. They began shooting at DOC officers in an attempt to rescue them.

In the midst of this:
• ID 205682 was seen car ramming during the ongoing shootout.
• ID 183266 not only participated in car ramming but also committed VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) at timestamp 12:03, clearly running over a player without RP reason.
